June 19th, getting ready to hike with Chris, Lucas, Jonathan, and Mara (not pictured, see picture below). It was so great to see you guys! I always have so much fun hanging out with you all and wish we lived in the same city ;( I hope we will be able to get up to Anchorage someday soon!

June 19th, 5 months old!

June 20th, at our campsite for our practice night of camping 30 minutes from our apartment. It's a good thing we did a practice run before heading up to the Olympic Peninsula because I took this picture right before we realized we had forgotten all the tent poles in the garage, oops!

Thank you Rob and Elizabeth for suggesting we meet up to go camping! It was so fun to go camping and Salt Creek was a beautiful area. We wouldn't have made it up there if it wasn't for your suggestion!

June 27th, games with the Granada crew

Trying to imitate Colin. Mariela loved Charlie's ukulele. Thank you Charlie for sharing! We'll have to get Mariela her own ukulele one day.

Due to our camping trip right before meeting up with the Granada crew Luciana had to accompany me to the laundromat. She seemed very content to get pushed around in the large laundry basket.

May 2nd, Luz staying warm under the beautiful soft blanket Char made her. Char, thank you so much for taking the time to make Luciana a blanket. It is a perfect size for her car seat and she loves it :)

May 7th, tea time with her favorite stuffed animals. Cindy, thank you so much for sending Mariela the tea set when she was born. She has LOVED making us "purple tea" (Mariela's favorite color is purple).

May 10th, early morning smiles

May 14th, showing off the princess bib Ellen made her. Ellen, thank you so much for making all the bibs, burp cloths, and blanket for the girls! They are adorable and have been utilized on a daily basis.

May 15th, yeah, Anma and Pop-pop are here!
